At BADZZ, we want you to feel the difference. If your order is not perfect, we are here to make it right.
30-day free returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a refund or exchange. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or any signs of wear
For hygiene reasons, final-sale items, swimwear, and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How to start a return
To begin a return, email us at contact@badzz.net with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return label (where eligible).
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Return shipping costs
- United States: Free returns. We provide a prepaid return label.
- International orders: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a size or color is to return the original item and place a new order. Once your return is received, we will issue your refund and you will only have paid for the new item.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@badzz.net with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing and we cannot guarantee changes.
