Thank you for shopping with BADZZ. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order is processed and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping destinations
We ship worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and the European Union. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at contact@badzz.net and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Estimated delivery times below are calculated after the processing time and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, or carrier disruptions outside of our control.
- United States: 7 to 15 business days. Standard shipping $6.99. Free on orders over $60.
- United Kingdom & European Union: 10 to 20 business days. Standard shipping $9.99. Free on orders over $60.
- Australia, Canada, New Zealand: 10 to 20 business days. Standard shipping $9.99. Free on orders over $60.
- Rest of the world: 12 to 25 business days. Standard shipping $12.99.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, duties, and taxes
BADZZ is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by your local authorities. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@badzz.net with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. BADZZ cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
